Administrators can define the Public Folder Hierarchy and assign ownership status to separate parts of the hierarchy to ease the administrative burden. You can also make a Public Folder available to everyone in an organization as well. Exchange Administrators can control user access by assigning permissions to a Public Folder. Its purpose is to give Outlook users access to common folders for sharing information. Your Kerio Connect account's public and delegated folders should now be visible in your Outlook for Mac.Public Folders is one of the many features within Microsoft Exchange. Open the INBOX folder to view the delegated emails:
Click the arrow button beside the delegated account to view the INBOX folder: The account of the person whom you are delegating should appear on Outlook's left navigation pane. The connection can be set up by configuring specific Kerio Connect and Mac Outlook settings. When configuring the Exchange account in Outlook for Mac, the public folders and delegates are not synchronized automatically.
